A bit dim about the rims

My donor scooter for my last project (T5 engine in 1969 GT) came with some ‚wide‘ rims.

The rims are marked 10 2.50C (Cosa rims?) and are now fitted with 3.50 tyres. Is it OK to use these rims on this frame or will the wheels be out of line? The reason I ask is that the scooter ‚seems‘ to lean to the right.

this rims are from a Vespa Cosa. You won’t get any trouble with the 3.50x10 tyres and this rims. It will work!!
