yes it will but it does not mesh perfectly and may increase wear to your clutch/primary gears.

Yes it will , original P150's came as standard with that ratio set-up - I can't see the wear thing being an issue to be honest.

To be precise, the z22 fits much better with the z68 than with the z65 piaggio (px 200), althoug sip indicates that it is for the z65 piaggio...
